In Nexus, look for Ashara SSE Follower's faces. They're pretty good facial reconstructions of many of the female and male followers. Bodyslide also works for SSE however Caliente's Beautiful Bodies mod (CBBE) hasn't been updated for the SE version yet (not sure why, since it's been months now), so as far as I'm aware you just have to stick with the vanilla body shape. Now that SKSE's in the process of being rolled out again, I'm slowly trying to get the game modded up for another playthrough. Having found a good balance of gameplay/UI/otherwise technical mods that work with SKSE and SkyUI's current versions, I'm now looking at aesthetic mods. Right now, I could use help finding face mods in particular. Now, I actually like that everyone in Skyrim looks a little rough-hewn and weather-bitten, so ideally I'd like a balance between the extremely rough faces you see in vanilla and the over-the-top, artificial-feeling faces you find in most other mods in this genre. High-definition versions of vanilla, in essence, rather than plastic surgery. Here's what I use:WICO - General overhaul of how your character and others look in game and it stays pretty close to the vanilla look.Etheral Elven Overhaul - Overhauls the way elves look in general. This one is a bit difficult to use though because there is a certain way you have to convert it from oldrim. If you're really interested, google TUCOGUIDE for SSE and find the part where it talks about ethereal elven overhaul and you can port it.RS Children - I think the children look a lot nicer and are also believable in terms of how they look.Men of Winter - Overhauls a lot of the unique male characters in the game. Skyrim Special Edition Face ModsMakes them look like they are living in a viking country.Diversity - An NPC Overhaul - This mod makes a lot of npcs look prettier, meaning more fantasy-like and further from vanilla. That being said, it's not anime-level or anything. I feel that this makes the fantasy-esque feel my my mod setup come out a little more. You may or may not like it.There were a few others that I tried but didn't like ultimately, like the Bijin mods (couldn't get it to work with my other mods) and The Children Are Alright (anime kids).Anyway, hope that helps!. Texture mods will work out of the box in SSE if you're not aware, with the only exception being landscape textures which will look overly shiny in SSE.Edit: I just looked at the file preview for XCE. Didn't see an ESP, but if there was all you would do is re-save it in the SSE Creation Kit (and that just requires you to hit File Save). There were a handful of meshes in there, so you'd need the NIF Optimizer and then set it to the face part setting. Skyrim Special Edition Mods NexusWould take only a couple of minutes at most to do all the steps.Skysight Skins has some optional meshes for male hands, feet, etc. All you'd do there is use the NIF Optimizer again, but put it back on the defaults. Beyond that it's just textures which require no porting like I was saying originally. I too prefer mods that are a balance between vanilla, and something that is more enhanced. To that end, I use. Bear in mind that the female version of Tempered Skins includes the UNP body; if you prefer a somewhat more lore-friendly game, you'll likely be fine with that, but I figured I should mention it.One really nice thing about Divine People is that it's a hassle-free install, and doesn't cause the black face bug. Skyrim Special Edition NexusI do recommend, though, the version that does not include the modded hair; instead, use something like along with.
